Your guide will meet you at your hotel in the morning to begin your full-day city exploration. The first stop is Mount Entoto, which offers sweeping views over the city and a glimpse into Ethiopia’s imperial past. Continue to the National Museum of Ethiopia, where you’ll encounter archaeological treasures, traditional art, and the famous Lucy skeleton. From there, head to Holy Trinity Cathedral, an important spiritual site and resting place of Emperor Haile Selassie.

After a traditional Ethiopian lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Ethnological Museum (optional) or explore Merkato, one of Africa’s largest open-air markets, where you can experience the city's energy and shop for local crafts, spices, and textiles. The day ends with a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony, a cultural ritual not to be missed. You will then be dropped off at your hotel in the late afternoon or early evening.
